Ben Shirinian

Ben Shirinian was born and raised in Montreal. His ambitious short film Josef Et Aimée, a magical realist love story between two children set against the backdrop of World War II, established his distinctive visual approach. The Housewife (2026), a psychological historical thriller about a journalist whose search for a Nazi in hiding leads him into the carefully constructed world of a seemingly ordinary New York housewife, stars Naomi Watts, Tye Sheridan, Luke Evans, Michael Imperioli, and Lena Olin. The film marks Shirinian’s feature debut and has its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
