Gargi Duggal is an Indian-origin actor, producer, and creative entrepreneur based in Dallas, Texas. She is based in USA with strong roots in India's creative community, Gargi is the founder and owner of Gargi Productions LLC, a production and music content company focused on international collaborations across film, digital media, and music. Recognized for her efforts in promoting Indian culture on a global stage, Gargi was honored with the prestigious K. L. Saigal Award by the International Indian Film Festival. She is the only South Asian female in the US leading such an independent production house, breaking barriers and creating opportunities within the industry.
Trained as an actor, Gargi has actively built a presence both in front of and behind the camera. She co-produced and acted in the international feature film Bombay Stories, directed and produced by internationally acclaimed filmmaker Rahhat Shah Kazmi. The project represents a creative collaboration between Indian and American production houses, bringing together Gargi's production house and Kazmi's filmmaking banner under an Indo-American co-production.
In addition to film production, Gargi runs a music label under Gargi Productions, where she develops and releases music videos that have generated strong digital engagement and audience reach. Many of these projects feature Gargi herself as an actor, reflecting her dual identity as both performer and producer.
Recognized as a visionary creative voice working across borders, Gargi Duggal is currently developing three feature film projects through her company. Among them is the upcoming American film "Lost and Found," an adaptation of the internationally known book of the same name by Kritika Rampla.
