Holland Smith is an American actress and filmmaker.

Originally from St. Joseph, Missouri, she began her career as an elite endurance athlete, competing for Junior Team USA in triathlon before transitioning into modeling and on-camera work in New York City. She spent eight years working across fashion and film while training in improvisation, scene study, and on-camera technique.

Smith has worked across a wide range of genres, specializing in comedy and action-driven roles. Her skill set includes horseback and motorcycle riding, weapons handling, athletic performance, and multiple dialects.

Her credits span television, independent film, and national commercial campaigns. In 2023, she founded The Metal Shop LLC and made her directorial debut with Highly Lethal (2025), where she also served as writer, producer, and lead actor.
