Joined General Screen Enterprises, Uxbridge, London optical house as trainee rostrum cameraman in 1977. Subsequently moved to Studio Film Laboratories, London, as an aerial image rostrum cameraman. He then set up Arial Image Opticals Ltd together with Ronnie Wass (father) in 1983. Worked on thousands on TV commercials and several feature films producing optical special effects, animation and file titles. Ran this business until 1988, when it was sold due to general decline in work, and left the film industry. Now living and working in Germany.
