Blake Alec Miranda is a Native American actor, musician and neuroscientist from Los Angeles, California.
Beginning their career as a child actor, Blake has appeared on CBS's hit action-drama "SWAT" (2017), "To and From" (2020), "Powder Blue" (2009), and most prominently leading the fantasy-thriller feature "At the Place of Ghosts" (2025) as tormented Two-Spirit sibling, Mise'l.
Fittingly for an actor, Blake studies the neuroscience of emotions in their laboratory. Their academic and scientific prowess earned them the prestigious National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship in 2023. Their neuroscience research can be read in Nature Communications, Journal of Neuroscience, Frontiers Neuroscience, and Scientific Reports.
