Riya Sisodia is an Indian filmmaker, writer and producer. She began her career as an actor, working across independent cinema, advertising and commercial projects, before moving into filmmaking.
Her work explores human behaviour, social structures and the contradictions within ordinary lives, often engaging with questions of identity, power, belonging and the systems that shape them.
She made her feature directorial debut with Where the Tracks Meet?, a Hindi-language drama set against India's railway system.
Sisodia is the founder of SoulFrame Studios, an independent production company focused on auteur-driven cinema. She is developing her next feature.
