Zakee "H20" Brooks is a Bay Area rapper and actor who performs with his older brother, Quincy "Galaxy" Brooks, as part of the hip-hop group "Tha Souljas". Brooks expanded into acting with a role in the 2026 crime drama Splash City, a San Francisco-set feature distributed by Lionsgate. He and his brother auditioned multiple times before both were selected for roles in the film. Through his work in music and film, Brooks is part of a new generation of Bay Area artists bringing authentic local culture and experiences to the screen.
