Quincy "Galaxy" Brooks is a Bay Area rapper and actor known for his breakout performance as Darnell "Dolo" Ferguson in the San Francisco crime drama Splash City (2026). The son of San Francisco hip-hop artist San Quinn, Brooks began his career in music and performs alongside his younger brother, Zakee "H20" Brooks, in the rap group "The Souljas". Splash City marked Brooks’ first acting role. He drew from personal experiences and Bay Area street culture to portray Dolo as a charismatic but volatile antagonist. His performance was recognized for bringing emotional depth and humanity to a character at the center of the film’s conflict.
