With over 14 years in the fitness industry, he has competed in bodybuilding and fitness modeling, achieving professional status and earning multiple titles in South Africa. His athletic foundation includes national-level swimming and training within the Sharks Rugby Academy, contributing to a high level of discipline, control, and on-screen physicality.
