Tricia Alexandro is an actor based in New York City. Born and raised in Queens, she grew up in a family of teachers and began acting at age eleven in community theater alongside her four siblings. She continued performing in theater through high school at St. Francis Prep and at Binghamton University. After college, she moved to Los Angeles, where she studied the Meisner Technique at Playhouse West, before returning to New York City. She trained extensively with Seth Barrish and Lee Brock at The Barrow Group-her artistic home-and studied on-camera acting with Bob Krakower at the Manhattan Film Institute. She is also a member of the Labyrinth Theater Company Intensive, led by Stephen Adly Guirgis.
Tricia recently had a recurring role on Season 2 of Bridge and Tunnel, written and directed by Ed Burns. She also appears in two of Ed Burns’ feature films, Millers in Marriage, alongside Minnie Driver and Julianna Margulies (Toronto International Film Festival), and Finnegan’s Foursome, which premiered at Tribeca Film Festival in 2026.
Her other television credits include guest-starring roles on Law & Order: SVU, Bull, and The Blacklist.
Her theater work includes lead performances in new plays at The Barrow Group Theatre, including the premiere of Lyle Kessler's play PERP, John Yearley's The Unrepeatable Moment, and Triptych, and Diversion by Scott Organ. The New York Times praised her performance in The Unrepeatable Moment as "bravely acted... a high point of the show."
She played fourteen characters in We, the Invisibles by Susan Soon He Stanton (Emmy winning writer of Succession) at the Humana Festival (Actors Theatre of Louisville), and was cited as "a standout" in the Off-Broadway play Seven Deadly Sins, written and directed by Tony nominee Moisés Kaufman.
Tricia has also performed several solo works, including her self-written one-woman show Snapshots (directed by Seth Barrish, with music by Peter Eldridge), and Lily Tomlin’s The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe at Cape May Stage.
