Hungyu Kuo

Hungyu Kuo is a filmmaker from Taiwan, currently based in Los Angeles. After relocating to California in 2022 to attend the New York Film Academy, he wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning short films Resurrection and Turn. He made his feature directorial debut with Angels Near Death, followed by the silent Super 8 feature Extraordinary Achievement. His work blends surrealism with emotionally driven storytelling, exploring themes of love, death, and the human spirit.
