Tory Jones

Tory Jones was an independent filmmaker, producer, and director from Kentucky and the founder of Jonestown Films LLC. Raised on video store shelves and family movie nights, his love for storytelling took root early and carried him into independent filmmaking in 2009. Jones found his stride with The Wicked One in 2016, followed by a run of micro-budget features, winning multiple awards and securing worldwide distribution before culminating with The Boy from Below, a reboot of his most well known work. In 2024, Jones stepped away from filmmaking to focus on his personal health and family.
