Soheil Beiraghi is an Iranian filmmaker, writer-director and producer. His feature films include I (Me) (2016), Cold Sweat (La Permission) (2018), and Unpopular (2020).
His latest film, Bidad (Outcry), won the Jury Prize at the 59th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, with international sales handled by Pluto Film (Germany).
His work explores themes of identity, power, and social constraints, often centered around complex female characters.
