Delinda Kay, Is an American Writer, Director and Producer who has been referred to by the nickname "Queen Of The Set" The nickname seems to be an informal title used by those who work with her, in reference to her leadership role or commanding presence on a film set. She is known for her work in film and video production after attending Full Sail University and receiving a Film and Video certificate. Her love for writing and acting started when she was young. Inspired by soap operas it helped launch her writing career early. In 2014, she was given 30 days by her pastor to compose a Christmas play. The Howard's and the True Meaning of Christmas was written and directed by her. It became popular right away. It showcased her gift and talent of writing. Soon the pandemic struck Delinda Kay Productions. The pandemic inspired her to write her first full-length feature film. Her followers screamed for more after devouring A Torn Heart (2020). Her fans loved it so much that they demanded her to write a part two. She wrote "A Torn Heart Two" it was released December 2022. 2023 she released "Sheltered" where she wrote, directed and was the DP on the project. Most of her films have messages of inspiration that the whole family can enjoy. "Forever Loved (Romance) and "Escaped Devotion" (Thriller) is set to be released February 14, 2024. She will be kicking off 2025 with a drama (Concealed Secrets) and a thriller (Preying Enemies) and many more to come.
