Hadi Choopan is an Iranian professional bodybuilder of IFBB Pro, Mr. Olympia of 2022 and Arnold Classic Champion of 2024. At the age of 13, he became interested in bodybuilding and began training in 2002 under the guidance of Jamshid Owji. By 2005, he had won his first national title. In 2013, he switched to coach Ali Ne'mati, winning the WBPF Asia (1st) and World Championships (3x 1st in 2013-2015). In 2017, he began working with Hany Rambod, winning Mr. Olympia Amateur (gold), and earning an IFBB Pro Card.
He made his Mr. Olympia debut in 2019, placing third and winning the People's Champion Award at the show for the first time. In 2022, he became the first Iranian competitor to win the Mr. Olympia contest.
